1. Overview
Your satisfaction matters to us. If CanviPress isn’t working for you, we’ll refund your purchase under the conditions described below. All payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a first-time purchaser of CanviPress and the product isn’t working for you, you can request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email support@canvipress.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll process eligible refunds promptly through Paddle.
3. Eligibility
The 7-day refund is available when CanviPress doesn’t work as described — for example, conversion errors that we can’t resolve, plugin compatibility blockers, or critical bugs that prevent normal use.
The refund does not cover the following:
- Change of mind. Refunds are not issued because you decided you no longer want the product, expected different functionality not described in the product details, or bought by mistake.
- Extensive use of the product. If you have already used CanviPress to convert or publish multiple sites, pages, or projects, the purchase is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for refund. The 7-day window is for evaluating whether the product fits your workflow, not for completing real client work.
- Renewals, upgrades, or add-on purchases. Paddle bills these on a fixed cycle; cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged again (see Section 5).
- Purchases made through your own affiliate link. You can claim either the affiliate commission or the refund, but not both.
- Customers who have previously refunded a CanviPress purchase.
- Issues caused by third-party software — outdated WordPress versions, incompatible themes, or plugin conflicts outside our control. We’re happy to help you troubleshoot, but these are not grounds for a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Once your refund is approved, the original payment is reversed by Paddle to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Paddle, acting as our merchant of record, handles all refund processing and may also issue refunds in cases of confirmed fraud or chargebacks.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your CanviPress subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund — refunds are governed by Section 2 above.
